Its been a busy time

For most of us, this is the busiest time of the year. From October thru December we are in a mad dash to do all of the things.

Im mid-way thru a new strength program on Les Mills and in the process of deep cleaning our house. We arent entertaining guests during this holiday season, but I still like to start the year fresh.

I have also begun my quarterly digital declutter. This past year, its been more of a struggle, but Im slowly getting everything organized.

Thursday I start a new diamond painting for the #BeTheHeroDPAlong event. You can follow along my progress in my IG stories if you are interested.

I will not have any empties this month, and may not post this Friday. I will be posting once a week in December and will be changing some of the focus of this blog in 2023.

I committed to an annual membership to Les Mills+

Today I decided to see what one year of Les Mills workouts can do for me!

The first gym I became a member of introduced me to the world of Les Mills. I joined for Zumba, but I really quickly discovered and loved BodyPump, CxWorks, and ShBam. Once I moved and only had access to the YMCA, I found out they didnt carry ShBam classes, but I really loved the BodyPump and CxWorks classes as well as their instructors.

Cx class has since been renamed Core.

Throughout the past few years, I have found many of these classes online, but most are now without sound due to copyright and the ones posted during the early part of Covid shutdowns have since been removed entirely.

Ive been piecing workouts on Peloton (which I will be maintaining a membership of) and have had an issue putting a plan together for myself.

Now I can do a similar schedule at home that I used to do when I belonged to the gym!

I also participate in Zoom Zumba on Saturday mornings with an instructor that works with the local YMCA.

I think I will enjoy working out like this!

Have you ever heard of Les Mills or their app Les Mills+ for at home workouts?
